Chromed - Taggers Size Scrap Kit

Hello.. I know this is an older post...but Chromed has nothing in it once you download it..it shows there is something in the folder when you go to download..but a total ZERO..once downloaded.... Anyway that file could be re-loaded... Please...loving your files... Thank you so much... Shirley
